Description Ditch ‘containing’ ‘fences’ 157 and 186. Running south-west to north-east, its north-west side was very steep with a sharp break of slope to a rounded base. Fence 157 ran along this break of slope. The surviving south-west side was also very steep, but much shallower, rising only by about 200mm to a ‘plateau’ between ditch 192 and ditch 149. Fence 186 ran along this edge. Ditch 192 ran between the western butt-end of ditch 48 and segment 195 and ditch 129.
