Oakwood is a mid to late16th century two storied box-framed house within a property which was one of Eardisley's medieval burgages.

It consists of a single bay structure parallel to the road with a two bay cross wing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This ditch was the rear boundary of the medieval burgage plot
